Hello all. I am planning on updating this blog every day about things to eat, places to go and what I'm making for dinner. Hopefuly it will help my friends enjoy my love of food. Please comment if you know of a good place, product or food I need to try.

Today I am leaving for the Texas state fair and all the fried food glory!!! Can't wait to tell you what I find!!!

I am so sorry to all of my followers who looked at my blog and have seen NOTHING for the past few months.... I am in fact still alive and eating... I promise to start posting more...

upcoming foodie things~

Here are some upcoming foodie things I am doing and you can too!

- BBQ cookoff this weekend at Sea World benifiting the San Antonio Stock show. This is the who's who of the BBQ world. You can buy tickets on line or at the gate! There is judging and a concert Saturday night.

- Dinner at Bin 555 on Thursday the 4th. A good friend of mine is one of the chefs out there and I am excited about trying their menu! ( I'll let you know how it is) The resturant itself is located off of Bitters in Artisians alley.

- Then off to Ft. Worth Stock show. Home of all things fried and on a stick! I cant wait to show you new things that they fry up there! Maybe Ill even take a few side trips along the way... I will be sure to add pictures.

So that is my weekend and next week in a nut shell. I know that there will be many more things come up to add so keep following along.

*** I may even stop by a trail ride- I have been promised the info on how to make quick and easy peach cobbler!!**** you have to try this one! it takes like 30min! AWESOME!
